Mission:
Ensure the quality assurance and quality control of ongoing projects within the energy sector by implementing and monitoring standards, guidelines, and procedures to meet regulatory, contractual, and safety requirements. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain all necessary documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control plans aligned with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits on materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve quality issues on-site and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Validate inspection protocols and ensure execution by designated personnel.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, non-conformance records, and certifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and third parties to oversee their quality processes and assess compliance.
- Monitor and report deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within quality processes.
- Support internal and external quality audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing observations or findings.
Profile:
- Technical degree or qualification in engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, API) applicable to the energy sector.
- Familiarity with quality control practices, inspection processes, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and construction processes in the energy industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.
Software:
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., QMS platforms).
Proficiency with standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
