Mission:
Manage and oversee the execution of construction projects within the energy sector, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with blueprints and project plans.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, working to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Monitor the procurement, delivery, and proper use of materials and equipment on-site.
- Resolve construction-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Profile:
- Solid understanding of construction management processes, techniques, and methods.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to the energy sector.
- Strong technical background in civil, mechanical, or electrical construction relevant to energy projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
Software:
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or equivalent software.
