Mission:
The Electrical Supervisor will oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on site. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications, while effectively managing a team of technicians and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation and testing of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor work progress, ensuring it aligns with project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and verify the compliance of all activities with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to electricians and subcontractors on site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical equipment and systems during execution phases.
- Review and validate technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, schematics, and reports.
- Collaborate with other site supervisors and departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall project.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory of electrical materials and equipment on-site.
Profile:
- Strong expertise in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in industrial or energy-related projects.
- Solid understanding of national and international electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems for medium and high voltage.
- Ability to manage and oversee team performance effectively in a construction or project environment.
- Comfortable interpreting technical schematics and documentation.
Software:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Basic working knowledge of electrical design software such as AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with project management software or tools.
