Mission:
Coordinate and oversee on-site civil works for energy projects, ensuring that construction activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the execution of civil works on energy project sites, including earthworks, foundations, structures, and associated infrastructure.
- Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities in collaboration with project managers and contractors, ensuring progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Manage material deliveries, storage, and usage at the site to minimize waste and ensure proper handling.
- Provide clear instructions to contractors and trades, resolving technical and on-site issues as they arise.
- Perform regular site checks to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, progress reports, and any deviations, and communicate updates to the project team.
- Ensure the implementation of environmental and health regulations during all stages of the construction process.

- Proven expertise in civil construction, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, engineering principles, and relevant building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
