Mission:
The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. The role involves managing field teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on-site.
- Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Inspect and ensure HVAC systems comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address technical requirements and constraints.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems during project execution.
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment necessary for HVAC operations on-site.
- Prepare detailed reports related to project progress, equipment performance, or incidents.
Profile:
- Expertise in HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning units, ductwork, and related electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance processes.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards for HVAC systems, both residential and industrial.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Ability to manage on-site teams and ensure efficiency in task execution.
- Technical understanding of energy efficiency concepts and HVAC optimization techniques.
Software:
- Familiarity with HVAC-specific software (such as AutoCAD or equivalent for system design).
