Mission:
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, standards, and company policies. Promote a safe and sustainable working environment for all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with national and international HSE standards and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the energy sector.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification to mitigate potential risks and implement control measures.
- Lead or participate in incident investigations and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of resources, equipment, and systems for HSE management.
- Conduct HSE audits, site inspections, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and deliver HSE-related reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate HSE training programs and ensure workers are informed about environmental and occupational safety measures.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE practices across the organization.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices in the energy sector.
- Skills in risk management, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
- Ability to develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Practical experience with HSE audits and inspections.
- Capacity to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary project environments.
Software:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of HSE Management Systems software (e.g., IS0 45001 or equivalent tools)
