Mission:
Contribute to the efficient management of material flow and logistics operations to ensure the timely delivery of goods and equipment while optimizing costs and resources. The position is focused on supporting supply chain processes within the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation of materials, equipment, and spare parts.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure the availability of required stock while minimizing excess.
- Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and other departments to align logistics strategies with project timelines.
- Manage logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant national and international regulations for transportation and customs procedures.
- Monitor logistics operations and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Handle the identification and resolution of logistics issues, such as delays and shipment discrepancies.
Profile:
- Educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of transportation methods, inventory control processes, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with the regulations and standards applicable to the energy sector.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage operational complexities.
