They work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance process performance while adhering to regulatory and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing operational processes within energy production or transformation facilities.
  • Design and implement improvements aimed at maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, or increasing production output.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments on proposed modifications or new processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective integration of new processes or equipment into existing infrastructure.
  • Monitor process performance and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop technical specifications for new equipment and oversee its inspection, validation, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and process diagrams.
  • Participate in regular audits and inspections to improve operational reliability.

Profile:

  • Educational background in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of industrial processes specific to the energy sector (e.g., power generation, refining, renewable energy systems, etc.).
  • Proficiency in process design and performance optimization.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and environmental standards related to industrial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to perform accurate calculations and simulations.
  • Understanding of energy conversion technologies and thermodynamic principles.
