Mission:

The Preparator plays a key role in ensuring the effective planning and organization of maintenance and operational activities in the energy sector. Their primary goal is to prepare and optimize work processes, ensuring the availability of resources, technical documents, and materials required to execute operations safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical requests and define the scope of work.
  • Elaborate detailed work instructions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and operational staff to identify materials, tools, and equipment necessary for each task.
  • Prepare technical dossiers, including drawings, procedures, and specifications, to facilitate seamless operation.
  • Monitor equipment, tools, and consumables inventory to ensure availability for planned operations.
  • Liaise with procurement teams to coordinate the acquisition of required materials.
  • Ensure alignment with health, safety, and environmental regulations during the planning process.
  • Participate in the evaluation of completed activities to update procedures and improve future operations.

Profile:

  • Solid technical background in energy production, maintenance, or industrial operations.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage workflows and resources.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of on-site safety procedures and quality control requirements.
