Job Description :

Lieu de la prestation :
La prestation sera réalisée sur site à Dombasle-sur-Meurthe (54) et plus particulièrement sur la parcelle dévolue au projet Dombasle- Energie

Missions :

• Link with the construction management team ( ie : define the needs for future activities, define the schedule of activities, raise the concerns of the sellers with the construction team)
• Receive material on site and inspect them at arrival (crate openings, doc checking, spare parts availability) with the Logistic manager
• If needed, reorganize the storage of rotating equipment delivered on site with the Logistic manager
• Carry out quality control of the installation of machines and surrounding connections with the QA/QC Manager
• Organize the meetings with the vendors on site, prepare the minute of meeting and punch-list if needed
• ???????Follow the punch-list and non-conformity resolution
• Review some details in engineering if necessary (routing piping, support,)
• Take charge of the preservation aspect of equipment when needed until commissioning

Formation et Expérience :

• Le Superviseur machines tournantes a au moins 10 ans d'expérience en tant que superviseur de chantier, (en tant que maître d'ouvrage, que maître d’œuvre et/ou en tant qu’entreprise de travaux orientés mécanique). Une expérience au sein d'un maître d'ouvrage ET d'une entreprise de travaux est appréciée.
• ???????Read a P&ID , technical drawing, part list, packing list, O&M manuals,...
• Mechanical seal technology
• Codes, regulation and standards (machinery directive, Pressure equipment directive, API 610, ISO5199,...)
• Pump technology (centrifugal, peristaltic, gear, reciprocating,...)
• Turbine technology
• Installation and commissioning of rotating equipment (turbine Compressor & pumps)
• Langues : Français et Anglais.
• Le Superviseur machines tournantes a un fort engagement dans le domaine de la sécurité.
• Il a suivi la « Formation à la sécurité des personnels des entreprises extérieures » et a une habilitation Niveau 2 en cours de validité pendant toute la durée de la mission.
