Job Purpose: Assistance to WTG Contract Manager
Activity 1: Contract Management support during execution

Job Purpose: Assistance to WTG Contract Manager
Activity 1: Contract Management support during execution
- Participate in contractual execution management and administration
- Assist in commercial management of contracts in cooperation with Contract Manager
- Support variations and claim management
- Pro-actively assist in anticipating and trying to avoid unexpected claims in the WTG Package contracts
- Pro-actively assist in claim negotiations including resolution of issues/disputes for contracts
- Manage and follow up of contractual payment schedules
- Manage and update overview of Variations, Claims, amendments to contracts, Notices from Contractors and associated registers
- Assist in manage pricing and commercial consequences associated with other contracts, in close collaboration with other Contract Managers in the project
- Support review of documentation and preparation of reports and notes
- Keep Contract Management Books updated with latest contract, budget and admin information, including best estimate.
