Job Description :

Activity 1: HSE Offshore supervision

• Follow in situ on site the implementation of specific Safety and
• Environment policies, regulations, and procedures applicable to field operations to ensure they are met (HSE Supervision in operations, including lifting/installation operations, vessels loading, transportation of materials, crew transfer).
• Provide HSE induction to employees and visitors.
• Ensure that the HAZID and risk assessment have been communicated and understood by the workforce, monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the mitigation measures in the field.
• Check on the contractor work site for compliance to work permit requirements and site safety standards, ensure that work is carried safely as required throughout the permit to work process.
• Monitor contractor compliance with the company's standards and requirements.
• Review daily reports from contractors to ensure and monitor compliance, participation, and track observations as needed.
• Participate and/or lead in construction and HSE meetings.
• Monitor contractor compliance with safety drill matrix, Review drill reports from contractors to monitor compliance and track area of improvement.
• Follow-up the preventive observations program and prepare reports. Ensure all items are entered into Offshare and tracked until closure.
• Attend and possibly intervene to Contractor toolbox talks

Activity 2: HSE Reporting

• Participate as required, Safety and Environment compliance inspections and audits to identify deviations from applicable policies, regulations, and procedures, as well as opportunities for improvement. Review and produce the corresponding reports.
• Support incident investigations as required. Complete reports for all incidents.

Activity 3: Planification
The activities above shall be realized following the schedule below:

 From Q2 2024 to Q4 2024: Piles installation
15/15 days rotation Offshore piles installation

From Q2 2025 to Q3 2025: Jackets Installation
15/15 days rotation Offshore jackets installation
